Phuong is her Vietnamese name but partners often call her Nancy. She is a mother of 2 with a small and happy family. She studied economic at National Economics University, a highly reputed university in Hanoi. After graduation, she started working in the tourism industry as sale executive then operation manager for over 6 years before plays an important part in Inbound agencies. Although Phuong did not learn about Hospitality & Tourism, she always thought that tourism chose her, it is a fate that she always cherish and try her best for the work. She has a genuine aspiration of bring travelers around the world once-of-a-life trip in Vietnam and Indochina. To make it come true, Nancy always requires her team to work hard, pay attention to details and design the itinerary with 100% pure passion so that customers can feel their effort when using services.

After graduated from Banking Academy majoring in finance, Daisy took part in several position and enjoyed years of experience in financial & office management before joining in Creative Travel as Office Manager. Daisy love to do social activities, charity, and outdoor events.

Hong Hoa (Jenny) graduated from the Foreign Trade University and Hanoi Foreign Language University. She has many experiences and works in different sectors as a role of business development of companies and potential projects of both Vietnamese and International organizations such as strategic consulting and business development services directed at international business firms seeking opportunities in Vietnam… and also providing support for Vietnamese companies seeking opportunities with international partners .

One of her passions is travelling and discovering other different cultures in the world. This is one of reason brings her to this field and she hopes will bring as many interesting / attractive things of Vietnam to International friends.
