Afternoon, visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century): the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of milk, the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Continue visit Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful temples. Ta Prohm has been relatively untouched since it was discovered and retains much of its mystery. Morning, Head to floating village of Chong Khneas, located 10 kilometers south of Siem Reap. Take a traditional wooden boat for a ride on the Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia and flows into Tonle Sap River, joining the Mekong in Phnom Penh. We will see a fishermen's "floating village" with floating schools, floating police station, etc. It is same as a big village floating on the lake, and the "village" move from place to place following water levels and current. Return to city visit Les Artisans d'Angkor - Chantiers Ecoles, a renowned artisan workshop dedicated to preserving and promoting traditional Cambodian craftsmanship. Afternoon visit, Royal Residence & Royal Garden & the Copper Statue of Angkorian Warriors and Preah Ang Check Preah Ang Chorm Shrine, the religious shrine that worships the sacred statutes of two Angkorian princesses. This is also the place where local people come to pray for good lucky. Continue to visit Wat Bo founded in the 18th century, a highly respected pagoda contains very unique wall paintings of the Reamker (Ramayana) that are said to be late 19th century. lastly we will stop at Old Market.
